For us, part of the thrill is helping you explore the distinct flavors and the stories behind our beverages be it wine, beer, cider, kombucha, shrubs, coffee or tea. With two sommeliers on our team, a skilled kombucha maker and an incredible staff, you can experiences exceptional drinks from every corner of the world at GYST.
At GYST, we believe that working in a food business is a skilled profession and every person’s effort, from serving to washing dishes, is equally important. We also believe every person on our team should be paid a livable wage. We, as a team, have agreed to end the tipping system at GYST. Instead, we have decided to do what many restaurateurs around the country are doing and have increased our prices on the menu by 15-20%.
