- 4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 4 Tbsp Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 4 Tbsp Grapeseed or Canola oil
- 2 Tbsp Dark Sesame oil
- 2 Dashes of Siracha (optional)
- 2 Cloves of garlic, pressed or finely chopped
- Put all ingredients in a mason jar, cover tightly and shake well.
- Will stay good at room temperature for 2 weeks.
Char Siu Pork is Chinese Barbeque. Although there is a little ketchup in the recipe, this is not American BBQ. The soy, hoisin, ginger and 5 spice give it a savory Asian flavor. Continue reading Slow Cooker Char Siu Pork
